The Public Power Corporation (PPC) is the leading energy utility in Greece and has played a pivotal role in the country's energy sector for decades. Recognizing the need for digital transformation, PPC embarked on a mission to elevate customer experiences by launching innovative services. This journey involved revamping the www.dei.gr website, enhancing the mobile app, and improving key self-service portals such as e-bill and e-contract.
In the first phase, we focused on revamping PPC’s public website, prioritizing a user-friendly experience that meets the needs of all visitors. Our goal was to craft a vibrant digital space that reflects the updated brand identity, radiates PPC’s core values, and facilitates seamless customer interactions. We aimed to highlight PPC’s bold vision for the future of the energy market while honoring its deep-rooted legacy in Greek society.
Through the journey, we closely aligned with PPC's vision, assembling a skilled team of UX researchers, interaction designers, developers, and project managers. Collaborating seamlessly with PPC’s staff, we overcame every challenge and delivered a successful project on schedule and within budget.
